The incident happened at Ashwini PG in Saptapur town in the city.
Geeta Heggannavar (22) of Yaragatti village of Rabakavi taluk in Bagalkot district is dead. Geetha, who came to Dharwad to get coaching for the KAS exam, stayed at Ashwini PG in Saptapur.
She enjoyed coaching at Classic. Ashwini's coffin is in a state of hanging on PG. The death note she wrote before the death was discovered.
Suburban police station police inspected the site of the incident and registered a case.
